This London Fog Bag is new with Tags & will be shipped in its Dust Bag protector. It measures 13” across, 10” in height…& 4 1/4” across at the bottom. There are two top handles that measure a 6” drop. It is a Satchel Style…and does come with a long shoulder/crossbody strap. Inside there is a zippered compartment on the side & a side cell phone holder, as well. There is a nice gold zipper across the top, securing the bags contents.
