Levi’s Panatela Signature Collection denim shirt jacket, circa 1975 to 1979. Indigo cotton denim in a shirt-jacket cut that layers over a tee or under a coat. Button-through epaulets sit at each shoulder. The collar is a long point in the period style. Two flap chest pockets close with the original marbled cream buttons, all present and firmly attached. Front and back yokes, center back seam, side vents at the hem, single-needle stitching throughout. Labeled men’s size S. Please see photos for measurements.
