Description
This is the Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker | WiFi + Bluetooth along with its dedicated cooler box (Sous Vide Vooler BOX+PLUG).
I am selling it because my family situation has changed. I have only used it about 3 times, so I believe it is in very good condition.
The protective seal is still attached to the top panel of the Anova.
The dedicated box is sized to perfectly fit the Anova and features a double-layer construction that maintains a uniform temperature, allowing for more reliable sous vide cooking compared to general-purpose boxes that lack temperature control. This box was more expensive than the main unit, costing around 25,000 Japanese Yen.
Additionally, I will include 5 unused dedicated bags for sous vide cooking ingredients.
It was purchased in the United States, but it works without any issues.
The plug is a 3-prong type, so I have included a 2-prong converter plug.
