Fitz and Floyd Celebrate the Season Rocking Horse Tray - Vintage Christmas Tray

Fitz and Floyd Holiday Sentiment Tray in the Celebrate the Season pattern, featuring a wreathed rocking horse flanked by wrapped gifts and a trimmed tree, with holly and bow borders along the rim. Measures 9.75 x 7.25 inches. The backstamp reads Fitz and Floyd, Holiday Sentiment Tray, Hand Washing Recommended, copyright FF. The Holiday Sentiment Tray line ran through the 1990s and 2000s, so this piece sits right at the edge of the 20 year vintage line. Listing it as vintage inspired collectible rather than strict vintage, given the uncertainty on exact release year. Condition: shows expected crazing throughout the glaze, typical of this era of Fitz and Floyd earthenware. There is a small hairline crack on the underside of the tray, not visible when displayed face up, that does not go through to the front and does not affect use as a decorative serving piece. Please review photos closely, sold as is. A sweet addition to a Christmas table or holiday hutch display, especially for collectors building out a rocking horse or Fitz and Floyd Christmas set. Every piece has a past. Find yours. Sarah / The Storied House Co.
