Shoulder strap can be connected although mine is missing. Minimal signs of wear both inside and outside. My 15 laptop fits in easily!!! Deep back pocket with velcro closure (see last two photos); this hidden pocket measures about 10 x 7-1/2 - ideal storage for laptop charger. Measures just shy of 16” and 11” tall.
