This is a vintage CHR Paris Milan New York hard-case dome clutch.  Key Characteristics design: It features a rigid, structured half-moon or dome silhouette with horizontal tiered ridging across the lower half.  Material: The exterior consists of polished, mirror-finish silver-tone metal or high-shine chrome.  Hardware: It comes with a matching metal drop-in chain strap and is topped with a distinct square translucent clasp.  Interior: The inner compartment is fully lined with soft black velvet fabric to protect delicate items.  These hard-shell metal evening bags were highly popular vintage evening wear statements.  Callout - 1 small Dent on the outside - see pictures  Clasp had glued on rhinestones. They have been removed but some glue residue still on . you have to look hard to see it .
