Made in England, this highly collectible set features a rich jade green ground overlayed with intricate, heavy gold gilt scrolling and a vibrant, hand-painted floral medallion at the center of the cup. The underside of the cup features the authentic green Crown Staffordshire backstamp (Est. 1801) alongside the hand-painted pattern number A14099 in iron-red enamel, dating this beautiful design series from the 1930s to early 1940s. Plate 5.5 circumference. Both cup and plate are in pristine condition, no flaws chips or cracks!
