Oil Seal (1 pc.) Gasket Seal Replacement Part (Compatible) Heat-Resistant Fluoropolymer

This is a seal part for the bottom of a home bakery (Fukkura Panya-san). It typically tears after about 2-3 years. If your bread has black specks, it needs to be replaced immediately.
Good news for those who have already replaced the expensive bread pan bearing (HB-2811Z100V or HB-2800Z000V, approx. ¥4500 + shipping). While replacement is difficult, it can save you money if successful.

This is a new compatible replacement part (1 pc.) for MK Seiko bread makers. (Photo ①) Only the bearing seal part is damaged. We have found a compatible heat-resistant fluoropolymer bearing seal. The usable temperature range is -10 to 160°C, so it should be fine. I have been using it myself for over 3 years. The internal spring is made of SUS, which is safe for food hygiene. You will receive 1 pc. of the part shown in Photo ①. Other parts will be reused.

We will provide photos of the replacement procedure, so if you are confident in your skills, please try it. You will need snap ring pliers. Thoroughly cleaning the inside after removal is key to success. Also, the bearing needs to be installed straight, and a jig (SST) may be necessary. If you have experience installing motorcycle bearings, it's the same principle. Intermediate technical skills are required.

The dimensions of the bearing we will send are: outer diameter 20mm, inner diameter 10mm, thickness 7mm. If the dimensions of your removed bearing match, it can be used. As shown in Photo ②, the seal will protrude 2mm above the insertion surface, which is normal.
