Vintage MCM Men’s Jewelry Valet Box Lot of 2 – Shields & Swank Restoration/Craft

​Great 2-piece lot of mid-century modern men’s dresser valet and cufflink boxes, perfect for restoration, craft upcycling, or prop use! The larger box is a ​Shields Fifth Avenue Valet Box measuring approx. 10 x 4. It features a brown leatherette exterior with gold tooling, brass frame, lid accessories flap, and the classic green atomic globe logo on the silk lid. The smaller box, ​approx 5.5 x 4.5, Swank Compact Travel/Cufflink Box, features the signature Swank gold crouching lion logo on both the exterior top and interior silk lining, with a front snap closure - in need of repair. ​Sold AS-IS for restoration or craft projects. ​Interior compartments in both boxes show heavy vintage wear, staining, and loss of original velvet/flocking down to the cardboard structure. ​Exterior leatherette and hinges are structurally intact with light vintage patina and surface wear. Please be aware that ​vintage storage odor is present. Proper restoration would remove that. ​Both pieces are full of mid-century charm and ready for fresh lining or velvet inserts!
