Born in Paris. Studied under Jean Renoir, son of Renoir, at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris from 1970 to 1975. There, he found friends who lived as artists, and he decided to live as an artist himself. After graduation, he immediately held solo exhibitions in Germany, the UK, Japan, and the United States. He is one of the successful artists from a young age.
