Johnson Brothers Blue Coaching Scenes Hunting Country Set (6) 6" Bread Plates

Set of (6) Coaching Scenes by Johnson Brothers 6 Bread and Butter Plates with the Hunting Country scene. This blue & white scene is a horse drawn coach with several top-hatted, pea coat wearing gentlemen and their dogs galloping through the countryside while hunting men on horses follow in the background. These scenes are wonderful works of art. The rim is beautifully decorated with flowers and scrolls. These are great display plates but they are also very usable as a pattern replacement piece or if expanding your set. Plates are in great vintage condition. No chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. I do not even see any utensil marks. There are a few ink transfer misses and a couple manufacturing marks on the back of the plates as is common with this type of transferware. One of the plates is a little deeper than the others and there are some slight color variances also typical for transferware pieces. I took pictures so please examine them closely. Props shown in styled photos are not included. All items in my shop are vintage and may show light signs of age or use. I try to note and photograph any flaws. Please review all photos carefully and zoom in for details. Rest assured your item will be packaged with care.
