This is a Kendo Do (body protector).
It is made of resin, not bamboo, but it is made in Japan and is very good quality.
The chest piece features the Asanoha (hemp leaf) pattern, symbolizing healthy growth, which is a traditional Japanese design yet stylish.
I bought this for myself, but it didn't suit me.
I hope someone who likes it will use it.
It is not new, but it is clean with almost no marks from strikes. The name has been scraped off.
The size is approximately 40cm wide and 36cm high.
