Elegant antique Silesia porcelain portrait plate featuring a beautifully rendered young woman wearing a flowing white scarf and star-shaped hair ornament.  The portrait is surrounded by a shaded olive-green border decorated with gold flowers, scrolling designs, and an inner gold laurel wreath. The gently scalloped shape adds to its distinctive Victorian and Edwardian appearance.
