WWII USAAF US Army Officer Khaki Crush Visor Cap Hat Size 7 Leather Vintage

Vintage military service cap constructed with a khaki/tan fabric crown, brown leather visor, and matching leather chinstrap. The cap has the characteristic soft/crushed profile associated with WWII-era Army Air Forces officer visor caps.  The interior features an original leather sweatband marked size 7, along with the perforated initials/marking HDA. The cap retains its original interior construction and period materials.  The front currently does not have an eagle insignia attached. There are no claims being made regarding a specific original owner or pilot without supporting provenance.
