Kurino Harumi Artwork "Honu" Art Spiritual ☆Price Reduced☆
Hawaiian Sea Turtle.
In the Hawaiian language, Honu means sea turtle.
It is a guardian of the sea, and for some families, the Honu is their Aumakua, a symbol that protects ancient Hawaiian lineages.
Aumakua are believed to house ancestral spirits and watch over their descendants.
The ancient Hawaiians' reverence for the Honu is captured in petroglyphs (rock carvings) found throughout the islands.
Today, the Honu continues to be popular and is used in various designs.

Type C: Print size 180mm x 180mm / Frame size 348mm x 348mm
This piece caught my eye while I was collecting Hawaiian雑貨 (miscellaneous goods). The frame is also lovely. I change the displayed artwork with the seasons, so this item is in beautiful condition with no scratches or dirt. There is a mark on the cardboard box where a sticker appears to have been removed.
As mentioned in the musings above, I recently learned that turtles are also considered guardians of homes and good luck motifs in Japan. It might be a nice addition for those starting a new life, or for offices and clinics.
Recommended for those who are working hard every day with the goal of I'm going to Hawaii!
Will be shipped securely, approximately 100 size.
