This is a 4-piece set including an unlined kimono, fukuro obi (lined sash), obiage, and obijime.

The kimono is in good condition with no stains. It is made of a lightweight and good quality polyester material, which is likely comfortable to wear.
This appears to be a custom-made kimono.
The obi has some scuffs and wrinkles on the lining and fold lines, but no stains are apparent.
The obiage has some uneven coloring and color fading, but since the affected areas are not prominently displayed, it is likely still wearable.
It has been washed at home with silk detergent and ironed.
The obijime appears to be from long-term storage.
As the original white tag is still attached, it is believed to have been used only a few times.
