Asahimine is the most popular model within the Mine Series.
Its popularity stems from the pitch stitching, which creates a soft yet firm futon (padding) that resembles hand-stitched armor, all made in Japan.
It boasts a luxurious feel that rivals hand-stitched armor.
From the stitching of the futon to the overall tailoring, it is crafted in a domestic factory.

Palm lining, palm interior: Kusube leather, Kanamono (metal parts): 1-ply
→ The amount of core material in the kote futon is varied between the left and right, with the right arm futon, which receives more impact, being thicker.
It's not just thicker; due to the pitch stitching, it's also plump, offering excellent shock absorption.
Additionally, deer hair is used for the kote head.
Deer hair has a hollow, straw-like structure, so as you grip or are struck, the deer hair breaks in and conforms to the shape of your hand.
