Koshiabura, also known as the Queen of Mountain Vegetables, is exquisite with its refreshing aroma and slight bitterness. Those harvested fresh have a strong, wonderful aroma!
It's delicious not only as tempura but also in ohitashi (blanched greens), mixed rice, or pasta.
It's rich in aroma as it's wild-grown.
