Vintage Mid Century Flo-Denìs Paris New York Straw Hat Cream/Navy

This vintage Flo-Denis millinery piece is a classic mid-century straw bucket or tilt hat, typical of the brand's popular designs from the 1950s and 1960s. Flo-Denis was an influential mid-century designer brand renowned for crafting high-quality, French-inspired cocktail hats, fascinators, and warm-weather resort wear for upscale boutiques and department stores. The hat features a small, structured crown with a downturned, narrow navy blue woven straw brim.  It is constructed from alternating color blocks of woven straw or raffia, transitioning from an ivory/cream top crown to a dark contrasting brim.Trim The defining feature is the wide, gathered satin bow with straw wrapped buckle at front center of the crown. Size 22 in circumference equates to roughly size 7 hat.  Excellent condition.
