1940s wool beret or tam by New York Creations. Beret with a hatband and wool felt bow in back. 21 1/2 inch circumference. The Union label dates this hat to the 1940's. Like any beret, this can be worn many ways reflecting your personal style. Very good vintage condition. There is a small hole near the front and the back elastic has stretched out. The color appears to be a purple-y navy blue, but this could be fading over time. #011
