China inkstone box, wooden box included (inkstone not included)
10.00 $
Description
Size: Outer box approx. 21.4cm x 18.5cm x 6.3cm
Egg-shaped wooden box approx. 17.5cm x 15.5cm (at center)
This item belonged to my uncle and was entrusted to me by my aunt. I believe it is from the same Duanxi old-pit inkstone that I listed about a month ago.
As indicated on the bottom of the wooden box, it appears to be a commemorative gift received from a long-term employer.
The inkstone may have been used on its own, as both the outer box and the egg-shaped wooden box are in very beautiful condition.
Thank you for your understanding that this is a long-term home storage item. We appreciate it if you would purchase it if you like it and intend to use it.
