This is a strap with clips on both ends, made with nylon cord.
This is a collaboration item between the outdoor brand CHUMS, known for its Booby Bird, and THE NORTH FACE!

The connection parts that attach to the hat and clothing use a buckle with a clamp, allowing for a simple lock to prevent accidental detachment. This is useful for strong winds and can also be used as a hat accessory.
