I used it for bench press, squats, pull-ups, rope pulls (with carabiner hook attached), etc.
It comes with three barbells, which I used for bench press, squats, deadlifts, and other exercises.

The semi-transparent material attached to the main rack in the first photo is
rubber wrapping.
It can be easily removed. (It's wrapped to reduce the metallic sound of the bar.)
