From a Private Collection: [Precious Antique Duanxi Inkstone from an Old Quarry]
Large Size with Carvings on All Four Sides Depicting Plum Blossoms and Orioles
Includes a Rosewood Inkstone Box
Purchased in China 36 Years Ago

The stone from this old quarry inkstone is fine, delicate, and moist, exhibiting inkstone patterns such as jade spots, banana leaf white, blue flower, and fire print.

I have accumulated too many inkstones and will not be able to use this one myself, so I am listing it in the hope that someone else can use it.

It has been preserved in excellent condition as part of a collection.
While it is generally clean, it has been stored at home, so we appreciate your understanding.
