Barbell ideal for upper arm training such as arm curls
IVANKO IOC-1 Olympic Arm Curl Bar 1200mm 10Kg
List price: ¥41,800
Most upper arm training exercises, such as arm curls and lying extensions, involve movements along an arc.
With a φ28mm shaft where the sleeves do not rotate, the rotational moment is transferred to the elbows and shoulders as a burden, posing a risk of injury.
With a φ50mm shaft, the sleeves rotate to release this rotational moment, reducing the risk.
Effective for arm training
Grip diameter: 28mm, Total length: 1200mm, Weight: 10kg, Includes collars.
Inner sleeve length: 770mm
Collars sold separately.
