Manufacturing process:
On-site cutting → Oil removal → Drying → Longitudinal splitting → Node removal → Sander polishing → Packaging

★ What is the special oil removal process for this product?
This involves scorching the green bamboo with a gas burner and wiping off the released oil with a dry cloth.
Oil removal gives the bamboo surface a glossy finish and improves its durability.

This is a handmade nagashi somen machine made from natural bamboo.
It can be used for barbecues (BBQ), camping, events, and more.

You can enjoy it by combining the 1m bamboo pieces to your desired length.

It is also easy to store as it takes up less space compared to longer bamboo pieces when put away.

*When assembling, please be careful of bamboo splinters and sharp edges. Store in a dry indoor location or a well-ventilated area.
Upon receipt, please check the contents on the same day and store them in an appropriate place.
Also, please understand in advance that we may refuse to send new parts if there are scratches or cracks in the nodes after receipt, as long as they do not interfere with use.

[Storage Conditions]
Mold prefers high humidity (over 70%) and high temperatures (over 20°C). Therefore, store in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Regularly disinfect with alcohol to keep it alkaline, which can prevent mold growth.
