This is the previous model of the current ONI powerlifting bar in hard chrome. The difference from the current model is the grooves on the sleeves.
The sleeve surface has fine grooves called threading sleeves, which allow for smooth plate sliding and easy attachment/detachment even with competition plates that have minimal inner diameter clearance.
The current powerlifting bar is priced at ¥44,000 on the Bukiyawa website.

ONI products are also used at Tokyo Power.
There are rust and scratches as shown in the images, but you can train with a shaft similar to competition bars.
