Decorative Gold-Tone Hand-Painted Serving Plate

Beautiful mid-century vintage solid brass decorative plate or tray. Features highly detailed hand-etched engravings showcasing a central geometric starburst and floral mandala design, framed by ornate patterned borders along the rim. This is being sold strictly AS-IS as a craft project piece. It would be an excellent candidate for someone willing to use acetone, paint thinner, or a heavy-duty metal polish (like Brasso) to strip away the marker ink and restore the plate back to its gorgeous, clean natural brass state! The reverse side features a hand-stamped hallmark signature.
