This barbell is ideal for arm training, with angles adjusted to accommodate various exercises.
When training biceps and triceps with a straight barbell, it can put a strain on the wrists.
The optimal wrist angle varies depending on the exercise. For example, when performing an arm curl, an angle where the thumbs are slightly upward is more suitable than gripping a straight barbell.
The IOC-1 Olympic Arm Curl Bar, with its calculated optimal angles for various arm exercises, can reduce the risk of injury even when training with heavy weights.

☆φ50mm barbell recommended for arm training

Most arm exercises, such as arm curls and lying extensions, involve a curved motion.
With a φ28mm shaft that does not rotate at the sleeves, the rotational force is transferred to the elbows and shoulders, increasing the risk of injury.
A φ50mm shaft allows the sleeves to rotate, releasing this rotational force and reducing the risk.
Effective for arm training.

Grip diameter: 28mm, Total length: 1200mm, Weight: 10kg, Collar not included.
Inner sleeve length: 770mm
