Fiorucci Vintage 1980s Pink Cherub Angels Metal Tin Box Italy New Wave

This vintage 1980s Fiorucci New Wave Italian fashion tin metal box in pink features the brand's iconic cherub angels logo design, with a removable lid top. This 2-piece metal tin was made in the 1980s by the Italian fashion brand Fiorucci and displays the cherub angels graphic that became one of the label's most recognizable design motifs. Fiorucci was founded in 1967 by Elio Fiorucci, and the brand's first Milan shop introduced Italy to swinging London and American style staples like the T-shirt and jeans. By the late 1970s and early '80s, the influence reversed direction, and Fiorucci's New York store became a defining presence in American fashion. The NYC boutique was a hub of the New Wave/Post Modern fashion scene in the early 1980s — often called The Daytime Studio 54 — and drew in figures like Andy Warhol and a young Madonna. This pink cherub angels tin measures 10W x 6.75D x 1.5H. It is in excellent vintage condition with two slight dents and no scuffs — please see photos for condition reference. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Two slight dents present; no scuffs. No other notable flaws. Please see photos for full condition reference.
