Soundproof room YAMAHA Avitecs 1.2 tatami mat Dr-40 with external air conditioner

Thank you for viewing my listing.

I am selling this item as I no longer need it.

This is the Dr-40 type, which offers higher soundproofing performance.

The photo shows measurements taken with an iPhone decibel meter.
These are the readings during a moment of strong playing of the Tsugaru shamisen.
I hope this is helpful for your reference.

An air conditioner will also be included as a bonus.
(The air conditioner was purchased in July 2024.)

Dimensions are:

1400 x 1400 x 2080 (height)
(Measured with a tape measure. There may be some error.)

The location is southern Kyoto Prefecture.

Please let me know:
- Which prefecture and what area (e.g., southern part).
- How far a truck can access and the condition of the delivery area (e.g., 2nd floor).
Once I have this information, I can calculate the total price. Please feel free to use this.

Shipping is set to cash on delivery, but I would prefer for the customer to pick it up themselves.

The item will be disassembled and stored in a garage for handover.

Additionally, if you are nearby, I may be able to deliver it with my truck, depending on the circumstances.

The handover period is set for 4-7 days, but it may be extended due to my work schedule.

I can also provide simple advice on assembly.

While I am not a professional, I can also assist with assembly.
If you require assistance, please arrange for one male to be present.
Please note that I am not a professional, so I cannot guarantee the assembly or the product itself.

Delivery and assembly will incur separate additional charges.

Before purchasing, I believe it would be best to discuss the handover method and assembly in the comments section to ensure peace of mind.

As this is a high-value item, I highly recommend viewing it before purchase and bidding only after you are satisfied.

I plan to lower the price gradually each week.

I will also do my best to accommodate your price requests, so please feel free to negotiate.

Thank you for your consideration.
