【1.2 Tatami Mat Soundproof Room】Yamaha Avitecs Cephinea NS Dr-35

Abitech Sefine NS Dr-35 1.2 tatami mat size
Model Number: AMDRB12AR

I used this for vocal practice, but no longer need it, so I am selling it. It was used infrequently, only when necessary.

Purchasing this used, after rental, would likely cost over 700,000 yen currently (new price is 944,400 yen including tax).

I am flexible regarding the timing of relocation. Weekdays are also negotiable (Shipping from: Kanagawa Prefecture).

- Dimensions
External dimensions (mm): 1325 x 1325 x 1964
Internal dimensions (mm): 1443 x 1443 x 2069
Door: Right-hinged

Soundproofing performance: Dr-35
*This offers standard soundproofing. It is suitable for upright pianos, vocals, and electronic instruments. For loud instruments like saxophones, Dr-40 or higher may be more suitable.
*No air conditioner included (However, it is currently removed and in storage. If you don't mind that the operational status cannot be confirmed, I can include it for free. Installation requires an environment where an outdoor unit can be placed, similar to a household air conditioner).
*Just to be clear, items placed on the desk inside, including the desk itself, are not included in the sale.

- Condition
No pets or smoking in the installation environment.

Functionally, there have been no issues during use, and I have confidently used it for professional recording.
*Please understand that this is a used item and purchase with that in mind, as it has not been strictly measured with instruments.

The position of the ventilation port and door can be selected within the specifications during installation.
As this was purchased after rental, there are screw holes from previous panel position changes. However, there are no visibly noticeable stains, and I believe it is in relatively clean condition.
*Reference photos of the screw holes are also uploaded, but not all screw holes may be shown. (If there are any areas of concern, I can take and upload photos).

- Delivery (Relocation)
Disassembly, delivery, and installation by a professional moving company are required. If you are in Tokyo, I can provide the contact information of a company I have used before that specializes in transporting musical instruments. Once you have purchased the item, please arrange the procedure through them.

Approximately 5 years ago, the relocation cost around 100,000 yen. Given the current price increases, it may be slightly higher now.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask in the comment section. Thank you.
