【New, Unused】IVANKO CL-1/4 28mm Collars (Pair)

This is an IVANKO CL-1/4 28mm.
It came with an EZ bar I purchased, but I am selling it as I do not use it.
It is new and unused, but due to the nature of training equipment, there may be minor scratches.
