Description
Up for sale is a tiny, vintage 1980 hand-crafted terracotta jar made by recognized Native American potter Thelma Toehay (Kiowa-Apache Tribe). The bottom base is authentic, hand-signed Toehay and dated 80 by the artist. The front and back belly of the small pot features a striking, hand-painted geometric fan-art crest split in red and lavender with a crisp blue border. Perfect as a small shelf display, unique collectible, or trinket holder. From a smoke-free home. Dimensions: Height: Approx. 3.25 inches, Top Rim Width: Approx. 2.75 inches, Bottom Base Width: Approx. 3.0 inches Condition: Very good vintage condition. The custom hand-painted graphics on the front are clean, solid, and vibrant. The clay body is structurally sound. There is a tiny, minor surface flake/shallow nick on the inside lip of the upper rim (visible in photos), which is a cosmetic blemish that does not affect structural integrity. Please review all photos closely.
