RARE SIGNED JAY STRONGWATER RED FLEUR DE LIS TIARA SCROLL CRYSTAL ENAMEL FRAME

This  is an AUTHENTIC RETIRED Jay Strongwater Fleur de Lis Frame. This VERY RARE!  This frame is PERSONALLY SIGNED by Jay Strongwater.  Frame was purchased from Neiman Marcus many years ago. This frame is NO LONGER MADE.  This frame was RETIRED in 2001.  A STUNNING design adds charm to this sparkling frame. This is from the Arabesque or St. Petersburg collection. The back and trim is done in an antique gold-tone. The back also bears the Jay Strongwater name.  Easel back frame that is further accented with crystals. The frame is accented in Swarovski crystals in a Fleur de Lis design on the front border of the frame. A classic frame and wonderful accent to any home decor. Measures approximately 11 1/4 by 9 1/4. It will hold a picture that measures 9 1/2 by 7 1/2.  The back of the frame is further accented in a Fleur de Lis pattern.  Unfortunately, there are several missing crystals.   Unfortunately, there were a significant amount of small green crystals missing. There were 22 missing on the top row, 22 missing on the right side, 21 missing on the bottom row, and 30 missing on the left side.  Then there were 5 orange crystals missing.  There is also, 1 larger red crystal missing.  Finally, there is some chips in the glass edge, but cannot be seen when in frame.  I know you can contact Jay Strongwater and have it repaired or perhaps replacement glass, but I will leave that to the winning bidder.  Pictures are of actual item.
