This listing is for a Goody Select Smoothing Cushion Hair Brush.  For short to mid length hair. The plastic is sparkly. Handle has hole where it could be hung.  Your choice of either pictured package exactly. These are the only two I have, and have ever seen anywhere.  The packaging for these is from 2000! As always, the packaging and item may show shelf wear. New in the packaging, but could use cleaning. Has marks and probably scuffs.
