This pure steel connecting rod from Northdeer is designed for dumbbells and can be used to create a barbell for your workouts.
It weighs 1.7kg and is 40cm long, with a recommended grip width of 50cm to 53cm. Since body types vary, we recommend measuring your grip width before purchasing to ensure it is suitable for you.
It features a solid steel construction with chrome plating. Compared to plastic or hollow iron pipe connecting rods, it can handle heavier loads without bending or deforming, allowing for safer training.
