Limoges porcelain portrait miniature plaque in a black and gilt circular frame, marked: “Genuine Limoge China – Made in France – Sungott Art Studios, New York.”  Features a delicately painted lady in period dress. Likely early–mid 20th century in the style of earlier portrait miniatures.
