Large vintage mountain lion (cougar) sculpture signed by sculptor Trace Guthrie and dated © 1990.  This impressive sculpture depicts a mountain lion carefully descending over a rugged rock formation with outstanding anatomical detail and movement. It has a bronze-tone finish over a very heavy cast resin or stone composite construction.  The sculpture is signed in the casting Trace Guthrie ©90. A separate manufacturer's mark is also present on the underside, although the manufacturer has not been positively identified. Close-up photos of all markings are included.
