Description
This is a Jay Strongwater Lobster Figurine. EXTREMELY RARE Collector's piece!!! It was purchased directly from Jay Strongwater and is part of the Grotto Collection. This piece is made of hand-crafted brass! GORGEOUS design on this work of art. Measures 13W (at widest point...from left to right) by 8 1/4 (at highest point...from top to bottom) by 8 deep (at deepest point.) There are 2 protective pads on the underside. Does not have a Jay Strongwater hallmark. There is tarnishing...particularly to the claws...didn't attempt to clean or polish...some people like the original patina...so left as is for buyer...buyer's discretion to polish or keep original. This was purchased and displayed for a short time and stored away in my non-smoking home. There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs.
