Description
Festive Celebration felt pennant banners for sale! Both are new and unused. Two different designs to choose from, or get both for double the fun. One banner spells out 'CELEBRATE' with designs like a gift box, star, and balloons. Other banner says 'Happy Birthday'. Each banner is 100 inches long and features embroided felt letters/designs. One banner is still in original packaging. I unfortunately ripped the other bag open when displaying it. Great for parties, birthdays, or just making things festive!
