Obirin High School Summer Koshien
1976 (Showa 51)
Despite being their first appearance, they defeated PL Gakuen in the finals after extra innings to win their first championship.
Obirin 4-3 PL Gakuen (Extra Innings)
This victory brought the crimson championship flag to Tokyo for the first time in 60 years and sparked an Obirin Fever.
This is a signed shikishi board from a player at the time.
I have kept it carefully, but I have decided to put it up for sale.
Thank you for looking.
