Description
This Inspire a Smile kit contains 13 rose gold foil balloons that spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY. These balloons are typically 16 inches tall and are designed for air inflation to be hung as a banner. Inflation Instructions Locate the Valve: Find the small plastic filling tab, usually located at the bottom of each letter. Insert the Straw: Gently slide a drinking straw (often included in the kit) between the two layers of plastic in the tab until you break the inner seal, about 1–2 inches in. Blow Air In: Use your mouth to blow steadily into the straw until the balloon is firm but still has a bit of flex. Caution: Do not over-inflate beyond roughly 90%, as they can pop easily. Seal: Pull out the straw and pinch the tab; these balloons are self-sealing. #party #balloons #birthday
