The Draco features pristine indigo blue pebbled leather, rounded toe, flat rubber soles, a branded woven strip of fabric up the back of the heel, matching indigo cotton laces, cushy and comfortable padded insole.  If you have a normal width foot, go with the 10 - but size up if you have a wide foo (good for wide 9.5).  If you have a narrow foot and are between sizes (like a narrow 10.5) these should also work for you.  No flaws - perfect unworn condition.  This is a 10 in men's sizing.
