It is a vintage item made in West Germany.
The winding mechanism works without issue, and the sound has been confirmed (tested up to approximately 2).
However, as this is an old item, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or prolonged operation.
The main body shows signs of use, including scratches, scuffs, and paint peeling.
Additionally, there is a slight bend in the metal part of the pendulum (the needle-like rod) (please refer to the photos).
