Hello! (^0^)
This is Shinji Yamazaki, representative of Yamazaki Sports Equipment Manufacturing.
This equipment was researched and developed by me to effectively strengthen the shoulder muscles (deltoids).
Bodybuilders divide shoulder (deltoid) training into three parts: anterior, medial, and posterior. However, training the medial deltoid is the most difficult. With this equipment, you can reliably stimulate the medial deltoid.
Furthermore, unlike machine training where the range of motion is fixed, training with this equipment allows for free movement, which I believe reduces the risk of injury.
Image D shows the equipment with a plate set on top.
[Note: Plates are not included with this product.]
Images E and F show training the right shoulder with a side raise, holding the equipment with the right hand.
Images G and H show training the right shoulder with a side raise, holding the equipment with the left hand.
Image I shows raising and lowering the knee while resting the equipment on the knee. This training might be good for karateka and kickboxers to strengthen their knee strikes. When performing this exercise, you can stabilize your body by holding onto a pillar or something similar with your free hand.
Images J and K show performing a one-hand shoulder press.
Even with the same one-hand shoulder press, the center of gravity is different from dumbbells, so I believe it provides a different stimulus to the anterior deltoid compared to dumbbells.
Images L and M show performing hammer curls with both hands.
This exercise is essential for arm wrestling and thumb wrestling athletes, isn't it?
Images N and O show wrist curls, which are also essential for arm wrestling and thumb wrestling athletes.
Images P and Q show a slightly unusual training method: performing a side raise for the right shoulder while applying resistance with the left hand instead of a plate.
With this method, you can adjust the resistance according to your own will, so it's quite a recommended exercise.
Push your right shoulder to its limit, and when your right arm can no longer lift on its own, use your left hand to push your right arm up and perform a few more repetitions. It's incredibly effective! (^.^)
