There are smaller round cut cz stones along the straight shank, also set in prongs. The outer halo is floating surrounding the center trillion cut stone. Marked as sterling and tested positive as such via chemical testing.   C O N D I T I O N: Good vintage condition. Mild signs of normal wear consistent with age.
