● This is a borescope from Matsuden-sha, a manufacturer of industrial cameras and borescopes.

● Unlike fiber type borescopes where the honeycomb structure can be seen and obstruct the view, this product is a rod lens type (a single rod-shaped lens), so there is no honeycomb structure and the entire field of view is clear.
The honeycomb structure refers to a structure where the walls of each fiber (innumerable circles) appear like the cross-section of a honeycomb or corrugated cardboard.
