Photo Book - Kazuasa Suda: Nagi no Kata

This is a reserved item for Tomaru-sama.

Nagi no Kata (Calmness on One Side), a photo collection by photographer Issei Suda.
Primarily black and white snapshot photography.
It is often described as depicting the darkness and strangeness lurking in everyday life, and perhaps that's true if you think about it. However, even though it's called darkness and strangeness, it doesn't feel dark, and personally, I feel it's more about the interesting aspects hidden in everyday life.
I like black and white photography, so this photo collection is a great reference, and it's truly enjoyable to look at.
Upon research, it seems Issei Suda passed away in 2019 at the age of 78.
As a photographer, his active period was during the Showa era, and his Showa-era sensibility is nostalgic and enjoyable.
Please enjoy it if you like.
The book was carefully stored on a bookshelf, but there is some slight age-related deterioration and minor scratches and dirt from taking it in and out of the shelf.
