Rare Antique Tokyo Science Museum 8-inch Telescope - Moon Photography

A rare photograph. This is a photo of a crescent moon and a moon from over ten days.
This is a photograph of the moon taken with an 8-inch telescope at the National Museum of Nature and Science, Tokyo.
The photos are of the moon at 6 days and 11 days old. Their sizes are slightly different.

The moon at 6 days old is called Mui-ka-zuki (sixth-day moon) or Yumihari-zuki (bow-shaped moon).
The moon at 11 days old is called Toka-amari no tsuki (moon of over ten days).

Please excuse the remaining backing paper on the back, as it was carefully removed from an album where it was kept.

I don't have detailed information, so I'll provide a link for reference. It was used until 1967... and then it seems to have been stored as a cultural property at the same museum.
